How do I purchase premium content?

On the details page for each premium podcast, you will see a Buy Now button.  To purchase this content, click the Buy Now button.

If you have previously purchased Premium Content, please login to My Library and purchase your content from there. This will save you having to register a new username and password.

You will be asked to select the content you wish to purchase and enter registration details. 

At registration please make a note of the username and password you choose – as you will need to use this to access your content after purchase.

Once your registration is complete, you will be asked to purchase your content. You will need a credit card, or a bank account registered with paypal to complete your purchase.  In Australia paypal accepts Visa and Mastercard only.  Other countries may accept additional cards such as JCB, Switch, Solo or American Express.

Once your purchase transaction has been completed you will be able to login to My Library to download your content.

Where do I find My Library?

My Library can be located on any page of the website under the Lifestyle Premium tab.

How do I download my purchased content?

There are two ways you can access your premium content? You can use a third party program like Apple iTunes with our RSS feed to subscribe to your content, or you can download your content files.

If you wish to use iTunes, we have created a simple video to help you do this.

To download your content Login to My Library using your unique username and password, then select the Premium Podcast Subscription you wish to download.

Each Premium Podcast will contain specific instructions on how to download, your downloads will appear as hyperlinks on the page.

To download a file for PC:

Click the link using a right mouse-click and choose Save Target As… You will then need to choose a location to save your podcast file on your computer.

For Mac users:

Click and hold the mouse button.  When the menu appears, choose the option to save the file.
